Alright.. So, the website looks great and has a solid selection of products. I placed an order for the Corefix Air (blue packet) fixings, but after four days, they still hadn’t shown up. At first, I thought it was just the postal strikes causing the delay, but then I noticed I never got a confirmation email for my order. I tried reaching out via online chat during business hours, but there was no response. I also sent an email and called the number listed on the site, but no luck there either. Eventually, I filed a dispute with PayPal. I decided to give the phone number another shot, and this time someone picked up. To be fair, the guy was really apologetic, and I finally got my order this morning. Unfortunately, what I received isn’t what I ordered; they sent me the standard red Corefix instead of the 'air' version. I guess I’ll just use these, not really in the mood to return them, and honestly, I won’t be shopping here again. It’s a bummer, but there are plenty of other options out there.
